Organization Database - Update Organization Information

New Organizations:

  • If you wish to apply as a new organization that has never existed before on campus, please submit your information here.

 

Current Organizations:

  • If you are an officer for a current organization or of an organization that is being restarted, you can go ahead and submit new information here
  • If you are not listed as an officer with SGA (like if you took office after the last time your organization updated its information), you will need to contact the SGA's ORC Chair to get access to update your organization's information.

 

Notes:

  • If you make a mistake, simply resubmit the application. We will process the newest one.
  • To access the forms you need to posses an active MSOE email account, please contact CCSD if you do not.
  • All updates made through this form will be queued for approval by the SGA. You will be informed when the changes are approved or denied.
